The "fear of God" is something that unfortunately many have lost. In many "churches" that I have visited, mainly neo-Pentecostal, they no longer talk about sin, much less repentance. It's all a show, it's all about bringing the world to a place where Jesus is supposed to be taught. It's just empty entertainment-based indoctrination. I remember with deep sadness the moment when teenagers left the disco and continued the "party" in the temple with the songs that promote economic prosperity rather than the forgiveness of sins. There was talk of the results of the Argentine and international soccer date, of the barbecues that were scheduled and of the congresses of the super apostles before there had been a God made man among us who gave His life so that today we can be bought by His blood. That's how these places are and I was in the middle of them. I entered with many sins and went out into the world with many more. There are so many that I could not count them.

It is not too late to be able to repent, so as not to always carry the same weaknesses and renew the strength that is only possible in our Lord Jesus Christ. We all make mistakes, but we are all also given the opportunity for God's forgiveness and to act at the height of being a child of God, doing his good work and also forgiving others so that when the time comes for God to decide that it is our end, let us be at peace and with the certainty that in us is the perfect holiness to be able to stand before the heavenly tribunal together with the sheep for eternal life and not with the goats for perdition.
